Project Dry Run
An absurdly formal feasibility study asking whether Dundee can help design, test and prepare a real grown-up product for market while creating useful paid local work.

Dundee is being evaluated in public.
The Dundee Model Citizen will conduct co-design sessions, field tests, location inspections, paid portrait days and a public hearing before issuing a recommendation. Residents and businesses can challenge the premise, contribute evidence or help deliver the work.

Dundee Personal Weatherproof: Model Citizen No. 1
A discreet, washable absorbent undergarment. Intended use, construction, performance, wash life and manufacturing origin remain to be established.

Notice of Maturity
The Board notes that its Baby is now 62. He announces the Grown-Up Products Division and opens the Dundee inquiry.
Public action: press photographs, announcement film and oversized site-selection file.
The Slightly Irregular Laboratory
Local makers, carers, users, designers and health professionals discuss dignity, comfort, language, packaging, dressing and disposal.
Public action: co-design sessions and harmless theatrical tests—not fake product proof.
Dundee Field Conditions
The Baby conducts unnecessary field tests of rain, wind, seating, tea, public conveniences, trouser confidence and civic irregularity.
Public action: location photographs and a scorecard separating theatrical from real measures.
Location Scouting
The Department inspects pop-up, studio, packing, industrial and visitor spaces, plus businesses that may host the project.
Public action: “Would you put the Grown-Up Division here?”—always with permission.
Dundee Model Citizens
An inclusive, paid search for local adults with character, confidence and Dundee stories—not conventional fashion credentials.
Public action: portrait days, interviews and an exhibition with specific image-use choices.
The Public Hearing
Residents and businesses submit evidence for or against Dundee becoming home of the Division.
Public action: a live comedy hearing that gathers authentic feedback and commitments.
The Dundee Recommendation
The Baby presents the feasibility report, decision, paid local hours and participating businesses.
Public action: performance, exhibition, impact report and a seaside-spade groundbreaking.
